(a) State the modal length of the nails.

(b) State the median length of the nails.

(c) Calculate the mean length of the nails

(d) Find the percentage of nails whose length is longer than the mean length.A bag contains nails of the following sizes?
';Modal'; means most common. The size of nail with the highest number of them.

';Median'; is the middle number. Add all the nails together, divide by two. Now count from the smallest, that number until you find the size group that contains the middle value.

';Mean'; similar to ';average';. multiply each size by the number of nails. Add all these Numbers together. Now divide that number by the total number of nails (see median).

Count the number of nails with sizes above the mean value just calculated. Divide this number by the total and multiply by 100
