Keep baby fish seperate same water as others - and let them grow up to be big fish, otherwise they will be someone dinner.

you need to take it out right away!!!!!!!!!. lol. some othyer bigger fish will eat it if you dont. put it in a bowl or tank with the same tank water and let it grow there untill its at least 3 quaters of the size of your bigest fish you have to make sure it wont get eaten
separate the fry from the others by using a breeding unit. powder normal fish food with a pestle and mortar to feed to the young.
